Looking for a wellness brand that fits your lifestyle?
From CBD to nutritional supplements to fitness, women’s health and weight management, these wellness brands I’ll be mentioning have already won the trust of millions of consumers.
You might be asking, how did these brands make our list?
In 2024, I’ve been collecting data from A Couple Consumers, listening to the most popular podcasts and paying attention to consumer behaviors on TikTok, Instagram and other social media channels.
I’ve been covering and researching Direct-To-Consumer wellness brands since 2019 with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
So, with my expertise on trending brands, here’s which wellness brands you’ll want to keep your eye on. Perhaps they can help you reach your wellness goals.
The Best Direct To Consumer Wellness Brands
To make this list super organized, I will create categories and then mention the brands underneath them.
Here are the categories (so you can jump to a section that suits your lifestyle):
Kids Wellness
Kick start your little ones off on their wellness journey with these kids wellness brands that millions of parents approve.
Hiya

Hiya started off with just one product - a kids zero-sugar multivitamin chewable tablet. Two dads created the brand in an effort to fight sugar-filled vitamins for our youngsters.
Traditional flintstones vitamins even had to change up their strategy, as Hiya kids vitamins were flying off the shelves.
Many influencers promote it, and Hiya provides a special 50% off your first order to give it a try. At a $30 regular price per month, $15 makes it affordable for parents who want to test drive them.
Since their vitamins, they’ve come up with many other products, such as:
- Hiya Kids Probiotic
- Nightly (sleep aid that’s melatonin-free)
- Greens + Superfoods
- Multivitamin with Iron
- Immunity Vitamins
All of these products are for kids, and their marketing is on-point, providing reusable glass bottles with a pack of decorative stickers. My kids love crafts and they think it’s cool.
What’s more is they have limited edition themed-bottles - Barbie and Hot Rods. Yea, their marketing is legit, and their products are, too.
Gruns

Gruns is in the process of re-branding, but it’s another brand that was created by a dad trying to help fill his son’s nutritional gaps. They are definitely trending up in popularity.
But Gruns does it a different way. They took AG1’s idea (I compared grüns vs AG1) of making an all-in-one supplement, featuring greens, vitamins, minerals and functional mushrooms.
Gruns has two products, both greens, but one’s for adults and the other is for kids.
Oh, and did I mention, they’re in gummy form? That’s right, they are riding the gummy wave and offering “snack packs,” which are individually packaged gummies that make it seem like you’re eating a snack.
It’s smart, yes, but adults and kids are loving this product. If you or your kid doesn’t eat enough vegetables, you may want to look into gruns.
Check out my full review and experience with gruns gummies.
Women’s Wellness
Uplifting communities that come together, raise awareness and support women's health, these women's wellness brands are what's up.
Winona HRT

Winona, or By Winona, is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) brand for women in their later years, or for women who may benefit from HRT. Tami uses two products from Winona, which you can find more about in her Winona HRT review.
They help treat things like low sex drive, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and more menopause symptoms.
Their facebook community is HUGE. If you haven’t heard of them, go check out Winona’s facebook group - it’s really active and it’s a real community.
Winona solves a huge problem in a growing niche - menopause. The best part? All you have to do is go to their website, fill out some forms to see if you qualify, and once you place your order, it ships right to your door. That’s convenient and eliminates having the conversation with your doctor.
Bonafide

Hello Bonafide is another menopause brand that offers unique supplements to help combat the worst menopause symptoms.
They started off as a small brand, but now, they’re a giant in the space. Women love their products, especially Revaree, a vaginal moisturizer suppository that’s designed to help vaginal dryness.
They have hundreds, if not thousands of legit, female doctors who back their products. The quality in which their products are manufactured are through the roof - abiding to the strictest guidelines - that’s peace of mind.
Hers

Hers has been around for a while, but they’re beginning to pick up steam again. Their hottest products used to be prescription hair loss treatment. Now, they tapped into the GLP-1 weight management world, offering compounded GLP-1s, like semaglutide.
They’re a full-service women’s health brand, offering hair loss products, sexual health products, mental health products and now weight management. They have a large customer base and continue to stay in front of a red hot telemedicine audience.
Hers branding is very on-point - discreet and feminine with a classical touch. As far as pricing goes, they’re reasonable and it beats going to the doctor.
Men’s Wellness
Go to your own underground men's club with these men's wellness brands. Get discreet packaging sent to your doorstep that can turn embarrassing problems into strength, honor and dignity.
Fella Health

Fella Health started off with GLP-1 weight management for men, but quickly saw the opportunity to serve their customers even more with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and anti-aging medications.
Pending qualification, men can join Fella Health if they want to lose weight, perform better in bed or turn old age into feeling young again.
Their pricing is reasonable and they provide regular check-ins from their medical team, making the monthly payments more valuable.
Fella Health has been featured in CBS, NBC and The New York Times for their unique men's health products and outstanding customer service.
If you're looking to become one of the fellas and start your wellness journey, Fella Health should be a brand you highly consider spending your money with.
Keeps

Keeps started as a hair loss treatment brand for men, until they went heavy into the sexual health world, and they are crushing it.
Their hair loss products consist of shampoo, Minoxidil, Finasteride and more. Many men have gone from bald to full head of hair using Keeps - that’s very nice!
For sexual health, they are solving some uber embarrassing problems.
What are they, you ask?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).
The ED treatment is a prescription that you can only get if you take their quiz, which means you need to qualify. Their two products are generic Viagra and generic Cialis.
As for the PD product, it’s called Climax Delay Spray. It’s very sneaky - all you do is spray it on you know where and you’re supposed to last longer in bed.
What sets these guys apart from many other similar men’s wellness brands is the communication throughout your medication. You get unlimited messaging and regular provider check-ins. I’d rather be left alone, but I can see how this is appealing to some guys.
Hims

I can’t mention Keeps and then not mention Hims. They’re basically the same, but there are some minor differences. I’ll save that for hims vs keeps.
Hims is run by the same company as hers, which we covered in women’s wellness brands. They’re a full-fledged telemedicine brand focused on men’s wellness.
Hims offers hair loss treatment, mental health (like anxiety treatment), sexual health treatment, skincare treatment and GLP-1 weight management medications.
Ever hear of Blue Chews? Hims has their own version of it.
If you’re interested in their PD chews, you’ll have to take their quiz and answer some pretty personal questions, but it’s better than going to the real doctor. I took a screenshot of the first question they ask you, see below:
Hims competed directly with Keeps. They’re both great brands and are pretty much the same. You can’t go wrong with either choice.
Nutritional Supplements
Whether you need to hit your protein goals or fill nutritional gaps, these upward trending nutritional supplement brands are red hot.
1st Phorm

If you’ve been searching for a fitness supplement brand, 1st Phorm, or 1P, should be a brand at the top of your list.
1P, is gaining massive traction with not only their nutritional supplements, but their active wear as well.
Their protein powder is by far the best tasting protein powder out of all the BIG brands, and I have tried many, many protein powders as a former athlete and now a workout dad.
And for anyone who want a clean, yet super effective energy drink, you'll want to check out 1st Phorm energy drinks. They are starting to make their way into gas stations and local grocery stores.
1P offers different types of protein supplements, so if you’re into nutrition and need creative ways to hit your protein goals. Besides their protein powders, they have a few other protein goodies, such as:
- 1P Protein Meat Sticks (20g of protein per meat stick)
- Clear Protein - this is new, it’s a flavored powder that you mix with water.. It’s a big trend going on.
- Protein Bars - you’ll find many different flavors, all high in protein
- 1P Collagen - Tami mixes it with her coffee every morning to get extra protein
As far as 1P apparel goes, it’s nothing short of amazing. They have active wear, designer clothing, hats and kids apparel - all with minimal branding. Tami and I both rock 1P apparel, and we love it.
The only thing is, their products come at a premium price tag. However, it’s not because they’re trying to upcharge you and sneak in some extra cash.
They’ve been around since 2010 and run a legit operation, from product manufacturing to distribution - they do it all at the 1st Phorm headquarters, which is located in Fenton, Missouri.
In other words, all of their products are high-quality and worth every penny.
Clean Simple Eats

Clean Simple Eats (CSE) is the definition of a true wellness brand. They’re a supplement brand that’s similar to 1st Phorm, also making big waves in the industry.
A husband and wife duo at the helm, CSE provides many different types of protein supplements, high protein recipes, workouts and more.
They blew up after sharing their favorite macro friendly recipes, and transitioned into a full-blown supplement company.
Tami uses many Clean Simple Eats supplements. They have super clean ingredients and their protein powders are low in calories. It's what consumers want, and CSE figured out a way to deliver.
I love their Clear Protein Energy drinks - they're refreshing, taste great and give me an energy boost plus 20 grams of protein - can't beat it.
Look for CSE to explode even more in the future, as they have millions of customers and continue to innovate.
Seed

Seed has one product - a synbiotic (prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic combination). They offer one for adults and for kids. I used Seed for a long time, and really enjoyed my experience with it.
So, if you’re looking for a gut health transformation, you’ll want to look into Seed.
Their focus on one product has made them standout as an elite probiotic company, probably the best out there.
Seed’s team consists of scientists and doctors that specialize in gut health.
They follow rigorous testing procedures and use the most studied probiotic strains for a healthy gut microbiome.
It’s pricey compared to other probiotics out there, but it’s totally worth it, especially for people with IBS or leaky gut syndrome.
AG1

AG1 (formerly Athletic Greens) is very similar to Seed in terms of focusing on one product, but they’re a greens product that incorporated prebiotics and probiotics into their formula.
They’ve been around for a long time now and they pioneered the greens supplement space. Many other brands have tried to copy their formula and jumped on the greens bandwagon.
While other brands do compete in the space, there’s really no other formula like AG1.
Why?
For starters, AG1 has years of experience re-formulating their product to make it better. They have a huge team full of scientists, doctors and product testers.
AG1 adheres to, and takes pride in, rigorous third-party testing practices. They’re the gold standard of greens.
So, if you don’t do a great job eating your veggies, you may want to consider AG1 to fill those nutritional gaps.

Cheech & Chong’s

Tommy Chong and Cheech Marin, the 1970’s popular comedian duo, known for hippie movements and a particular emphasis on cannabis use, have created their own CBD + THC brand - Cheech & Chong’s.
It’s blowing up.

Cheech & Chongs offers:
- Cruise Chews - CBD + THC gummies
- Space Chews - CBD + THC gummies (Learn more by reading my Space Chews review)
- High & Dry - CBD + THC Drinks
You may still fail a drug test after ingesting these products, but you definitely feel the effects and it’s nice that you can get it delivered discreetly to your front door.
It may not be the best fit for heavy marijuana users, but for beginners or anyone looking for an alternative to alcohol, they’re awesome.
Five CBD

Five CBD is another CBD + THC brand that offers delicious gummies and tasty drinks.
Their branding is amazing and they often run many specials if you get on their email list. Just be prepared to get bombarded with emails.

- Five Chill - High does gummies
- Buzz Gummies
- Sleep Gummies - CBD, THC and Melatonin for a restful night of sleep

So, if you’re looking to get big savings, and stock up for your Netflix and chill nights, Five CBD is a brand you will want to consider.

Up your fitness game at-home or at the gym with these trending fitness brands.
Peloton

Peloton continues to lead the charge in gym equipment, particularly their interactive exercise bike.
So, if you’re looking to up your fitness game, Peloton is a brand you’ll want to think long and hard about.
But stationary fitness bike classes and scenic rides aren’t all they do, you can subscribe to their app and get access to hundreds of workouts programs from world class Peloton fitness instructors.
The best part? You can do it all from home.
Peloton is best for beginners who are looking for cardio training, group fitness classes and motivation.
Aviron

Aviron is leading the charge for interactive, smart rowing machines.
Their rowing is different than Hydrow, but similar to Ergatta, who uses a gamified approach to rowing.
Aviron’s fitness programs are mostly gamified, shooting aliens and competing against others online. It helps make fitness fun and promotes healthy competition.
But rowers aren’t the only thing Aviron offers - they just came out with an interactive smart exercise bike. Yep, they’re about to compete with Peloton.
Many brands have tried to compete with Peloton. Most have lost that battle, but Aviron has a legit chance because of their unique gaming experience.
People love Aviron’s rowing machine, we did too. If you’re interested in their new bike, check out our review of the Aviron smart bike.
For anyone looking to upgrade their home with a fun, interactive piece of gym equipment, Aviron needs to be in consideration.
FHM+ App (Strength Training For Women)

FHM+ is a strength training and macro friendly recipe app for women, with a focus on weight management.
It’s perfect for busy women who know about the benefits of strength training and high protein meals, but don’t know where to start.
Fit Healthy Macros was created by Tami Smith, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Macro Coach.
The FHM+ App is very user friendly, allowing you to schedule your workouts, track your weights, reps and nutrition.
When you open a workout, each exercise has its own video form cue, so you know exactly how to do the move.
The programs focus on progressive overload, a proven fitness method to build lean muscle and target specific muscle groups.
Many, many women use the FHM+ App to lose weight, get fit, eat healthier and fit in their jeans.
I’m not a woman, but I tried it out to pack on muscle.
My results?
I went from 190 pounds to 210 pounds, increasing my bench, squat and other major lifts.
This happened because I started eating healthier via their high protein recipes and followed the FHM+ strength training workouts to a “T.”
Oh, and it’s only $20 per month - that’s a lot of value. If you’re a woman and have a partner, you can bring on your husband and do it together.
Regardless of where you’re at in your weight management journey, strength training and eating high protein meals are key, and FHM+ is definitely an app you want to highly consider.

For women, they offer high quality leggings, sports bras and other workout clothes at affordable prices. For example, some leggings are as low as $12 and sports bras as low as $8. Eden’s branding is simplistic in nature, yet sophisticated. They deliver a clear message, while subtly conveying the depth of value - in this case it’s weight loss for women.
