One of the most common questions I get from my clients in the Simply Strong App (and my followers) is whether or not I recommend creatine, and if so, which brand. I’ll be the first to admit that, despite knowing and believing in the benefits of creatine, it’s not a supplement that I take as consistently as I should.
That being said, if I am in a place where I want to be consistent with creatine, I am far more likely to do so when I enjoy taking it and it’s not a hassle. I’m a huge gummy gal, meaning I will always choose the gummy form of a supplement vs pills/capsules/powders. I tried Create creatine gummies when they first launched a few years ago and wasn’t a huge fan, but they’ve come a long way, and I’m excited to share my updated thoughts and opinions with you.
My Experience With Create Creatine Gummies

I first tried Create a few years back when they first launched. At the time, the concept of creatine gummies was really new and exciting. The original gummy formulation was good, but not great. I wasn’t an immediate fan, to be honest. The gummy’s taste and texture were lacking. However, I did like the concept because I was struggling to remember to add a scoop of creatine powder to my day and often missed it.
Fast forward a couple of years, and Create has done nothing but continue to improve their product and are now one of the most popular creatine gummies on the market. The gummies now contain 1.5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, with 3 gummies per total serving (coming out to 4.5g of creatine per serving, which is right on par with the recommended daily dose).
The gummies themselves have a great texture; not too chewy and hard, but also not too soft and mushy. They have a sugar coating (yes, they add sugar - no, I don’t think it’s a big deal) and a great flavor. Currently, you can get Create gummies in 5 different flavors: sour green apple, sour cherry, orange, blue raspberry, or watermelon. The sour flavors are their newest additions, and while I don’t personally find them to be really sour, I do think that they are their best formulations to date from a taste perspective.

Aside from the great flavor and texture, one of my favorite features of Create is that they are NSF for Sport Certified, which is considered the highest quality rating a supplement can get. This is great to see because the supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA, which means brands are not required to do third-party testing for efficacy and quality assurance. Any brand that goes the extra mile to have these tests done gets a major boost in credibility and validity in my book.
Create creatine gummies are meant to be taken once per day, with the optimal dose being between 2-3 gummies per serving. Personally, I usually take 2 per day and find that it’s plenty to maintain my wellness. I am not looking for serious performance or muscle enhancement, just increased energy, better recovery, and cognitive improvement - which I get by taking 2 Create gummies per day.
My current favorite flavor is sour cherry; however, they are launching a new flavor soon that I got an opportunity to try, and it might just take the lead.
Pricing
I sometimes hesitate to recommend creatine gummies to my friends and clients because they cost so much more than traditional powdered creatine, but the truth is, a lot of us need the extra motivation to actually take our supplements, and gummies can provide just that (assuming they are tasty and pleasant to eat).
Create gummies cost $60 for a 30-day supply (at 3 gummies per day), but you can subscribe to their auto-ship and save 20% each month, paying $48 per 30-day supply. If you’re someone who plans to take creatine daily, I highly recommend going with the subscription plan to save money. Your gummies will ship to you for free every month, so you won’t miss a day, and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Plus, you can use my code TAMI to save an additional 25% off your first order! This code is only available on their official website.
Wrapping Up
As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I highly recommend taking creatine for muscle development and recovery, energy, increased mental focus, and to support your bone health. Throughout all my years in the fitness industry, the most consistent I’ve been with taking creatine has been since using Create’s gummies because I actually enjoy taking them.
As a side note, I’ve tried a few other creatine gummies over the last few years as well, and most of them aren’t worth the extra price; however, Primal Queen Goddess Bites are pretty good and a creatine gummy that I’d also recommend to my clients.
If you’ve been thinking about getting Create’s Creatine Gummies, I hope my experience and feedback have helped you. I wasn’t always a fan, but lately, Create has come a long way, and I believe they truly have the best gummy creatine product on the market right now. If you end up trying some, don’t forget to use my code, TAMI, to save 25% off your order, and then leave me a comment letting me know what flavor you picked and what your thoughts are!
