Update: Daily Performance Gummies has been discontinued and is no longer available on Create's shop page. This review remains for anyone researching the product, and we’ve included helpful alternatives below.
Create, a creatine gummy brand, has launched a greens, mushroom and creatine gummy.
Why creatine?
Simple, it’s what Create, the brand, believes in for a healthier, stronger YOU.
But more brands are coming out with different ways to take a greens supplement. First, it was AG1 who pioneered a greens powder into an all-in-one supplement - greens, mushrooms, vitamins, etc. Now, it’s brands like grüns and Create who are making this supplement available in gummy form.
But no one has added creatine to the mix until now.
Creatine has so many health benefits for men and women, and is probably one of the very few proven supplements that has stood the test of time.
Benefits like muscle building, muscle endurance, sports performance, and even brain performance, which is something we can all use a little more of.
In this article, you’ll get to read why I decided to take it, what my experience has been like and if it actually does what it says. After you read my experience, I’m going to share with you what the Create Daily Performance Gummy is all about, highlighting what’s inside, pricing and more.
Let’s begin!
My Experience Taking Create Daily Performance Gummies

I’ve been taking Create Creatine Gummies for a couple years now. So when they just launched their greens, creatine and mushroom gummy (the Daily Performance Gummy), I decided to give it a try.
Why Did I Try Them?
For starters, I need more greens in my diet. I don’t eat a ton of vegetables, but it’s not because I don’t like them. I guess I’m just a little too lazy sometimes when cooking for the family.
But it’s not just the greens. I love taking creatine, as it is part of my strength training regimen. Creatine has helped me get stronger, building muscle and improves my mental state of being. I believe it has helped me perform better in the weight room, in business, and playing with my kids, as it gives me more sustained energy throughout my day.
I thought to myself, If I can replace my creatine gummies and my AG1 (check out my AG1 experience), I could end up saving more money. With inflation at an all-time high and groceries costing an absurd amount of money, it was an obvious choice to at least give it a try.
The Package
When my package came in the mail, I opened it up and immediately noticed a giant bag of Create Daily Performance Gummies. However, inside this giant bag are small individual packets consisting of 4 gummies per pack, which is a single serving.
I thought that was pretty clever, and also very convenient, especially if you need to take it on the go.
Take a look at the image below to see what I’m talking about:

The other thing I really like with the individual packets is that you don’t have to reach in the large bag and grab 4 gummies. There are 120 gummies in the big bag, and they would be due to get stuck together if they were all together.

The Gummies: Texture and Taste
The texture of Create Daily Performance Gummies are soft and they are easy to chew and swallow. With the creatine in them, they are a tad grainy, but all creatine gummies are. Overall, great texture.
The taste is going to be subjective for everyone. I can describe the taste of these gummies as sweet with earthy hints. To me, it’s tolerable considering I know I’m getting extra greens, creatine and functional mushrooms in my diet.

I had my mother-in-law try one, and she gave me the “I don’t know about these” face. I asked my mother-in-law why she didn’t care for them. Her response, “I already eat vegetables, so I wouldn’t need them.”
Then I had my wife, Tami, try one, and she was like, “very good for creatine, greens and mushroom gummies.”
For me, I took them for one month, and I actually looked forward to taking them every day. The taste kind of grew on me.
How I Feel After 1 Month
After taking Create Daily Performance Gummies consistently for a month, I can honestly say that I feel AWESOME!
I did my wife’s TRIM fitness challenge, a 4-week workout challenge designed to help you reach your weight goals. My goal was to gain muscle and add pounds, but most people do it to lose weight. During this time I took the Create Daily Performance Gummies.
Here were my results in the weight room after one month of taking this creatine, greens and mushroom product:
Weight Room | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
Bench Press | 225 lbs. 3 sets of 6 | 235 lbs. 4 sets of 8 |
Squat | 235 lbs. 3 sets of 6 | 275 lbs. 4 sets of 8 |
Weight: | 190 | 195 (my goal was to gain muscle, mission accomplished) |
All of my weights and reps increased across the board. The workout program was excellent, yes, however, I do feel like the Create Daily Performance Gummies helped me gain extra muscle and improve my numbers. Thank you creatine, and thank you TRIM Challenge!
As far as my energy, I felt an increase daily. For context, I’m a busy dad, business owner and I coach high school football (quarterbacks at a local high school). My schedule is packed and having high energy with laser focus is something I absolutely need. These gummies 100% helped me perform my best day in and day out.
All About Create Daily Performance Gummy
Create Daily Performance Gummies were designed as a complete wellness supplement. The whole point of going with a product like this is to ditch your other supplements, such as a multivitamin, creatine, greens powder, and functional mushrooms.
Why?
Because Create Daily Performance has all of it.
With each serving, you’ll get:
These gummies also check the boxes for sugar-free and gluten-free consumers.
Who Should Try Create Daily Performance Gummies?
Consumers who want to go with an all-in-one supplement with the added benefits of creatine can consider trying Create Daily Performance Gummies.
The ideal candidate would be…
Third-Party Testing Procedures
Create prides themselves on rigorous third-party testing, not just standardized testing procedures. They go above and beyond, making sure each batch of gummies are tested by independent third-parties before going in the bag. In addition, Create manufactured their gummies in a FDA-Registered facility.
Knowing this gives consumers peace of mind that it’s a high-quality product, making it worth its value.

Create Daily Performance Gummy Alternatives
Like I mentioned before, there isn’t a big brand out there that is combining greens, mushrooms and creatine into one supplement. There are, however, legit brands out there that are combining greens and functional mushrooms. The two most popular products are AG1 (greens + mushroom powder that you mix with water) and grüns (gummies). For a detailed comparison, check out my grüns vs create article.
Let’s take a look at the table comparison chart below for all you visual learners out there.

Is Create Daily Performance Worth It?
Create Daily Performance is worth it if you want added creatine benefits on top of greens, vitamins and mushrooms. Traditional greens supplements provide vegetables, vitamins and mushrooms, but no one has added creatine to the mix besides Create.
So, for people who want to become more active, have goals of losing weight, trimming up, or building lean muscle, plus still want everything that comes with a traditional greens supplement, Create Daily Performance Gummies are totally worth it.
What I Use Now Instead
I stopped taking Create Daily Performance because the product was discontinued, and my fitness goals have evolved. When I first started taking it, my focus was general wellness and convenience. Getting some greens in, supporting recovery, and saving time.
I had a good experience with it.
But over time, my goals shifted more toward muscle building, strength, and performance. I needed a more targeted supplement stack that directly supported training and recovery.
Now I take three core supplements that better match my routine:

My current supplement stack for muscle building.
These three have helped simplify my approach and support what I care about most right now:
- staying strong
- building lean mass
- and recovering better between workouts
I no longer take greens or wellness products like Create Daily Performance, AG1 or grüns. I’ve just outgrown them and moved into a more performance-driven mindset.
Conclusion
Create Daily Performance was a unique product, and I’m glad I tried it when I did. It helped me simplify things for a while, get in some greens, and add creatine and mushrooms to my daily routine. But as my training and priorities changed, so did my supplement stack.
Now I focus on strength, recovery, and building muscle. Instead of all-in-one wellness products, I’ve moved to a more direct, performance-based approach with creatine HCl, grass-fed whey, and a natural testosterone booster. It’s simple, effective, and aligned with my goals.
If you’re just starting out or looking for a wellness boost, products like Create (when it was available), grüns, or AG1 might make sense. But if your focus is performance, you’ll likely get more out of a stack that’s built around the basics — real food, smart training, and targeted support.
Let me know in the comments if you ever tried Create Daily Performance, or if you’ve moved on to something new. I’d love to hear what’s working for you.
