A few months back, I tried Primal Queen’s beef organ supplement and shared my review. It’s been one of my most popular reviews to date. Beef organ supplements are clearly a very trendy and sought-after health and wellness product right now. I also shared an article where I compared Primal Queen to Glowing Goddess, as I had seen multiple ads pop up in my feed pitting them against each other.
After sharing my comparison article and hearing the feedback, it was evident that you all wanted me to give Glowing Goddess a try as well and report back with my findings, so here you go! I purchased Glowing Goddess and gave their beef organ supplement a try for around 30 days. Here are my honest thoughts and feedback as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Glowing Goddess Overview and First Impressions

My first impression of Glowing Goddess was that their website is very simple and basic. It’s basically a landing page for selling their main product, Goddess Capsules. It’s clear that this is their main product (with creatine bites being their only other current product offering). The simplicity of the website isn’t necessarily a turn-off, but there isn’t a whole lot of fluff going on.
Glowing Goddess beef organ superfood capsules contain grass-fed and finished, pasture-raised beef organs. There really isn’t any information on why beef organs are beneficial, who should use them, what kind of benefits they provide, etc., which is a little odd, but perhaps the user reviews at the bottom of the page serve as an explanation? They mention that the capsules are hormone and pesticide-free and are without antibiotics. Plus, they are GMP certified, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The main thing that I like to look for when it comes to supplements is third-party testing, and Glowing Goddess does have evidence that they went the extra mile and had their product 3rd-party tested, which is very reassuring.
I dug a little deeper and pulled up their ingredients list to see what they put in their beef organ capsules. The first thing I noticed was that they contain a “proprietary blend” of 10 beef organs. In case you don’t know, “proprietary blend” basically means they are stating that their product contains certain ingredients, but they are not disclosing how much of each ingredient is actually in the product. I don’t love proprietary blends, to be honest, but unfortunately, it’s very commonplace in the supplement industry.
The next thing I noted (and I mentioned this in my comparison of Primal Queen and Glowing Goddess) was that the ingredients list is structured to highlight the ingredients that ARE included in Primal Queen and the ingredients that ARE NOT included in Primal Queen. I find this direct competitive comparison to be a bit odd. Between the marketing and the way they display information on their website, it feels as if Glowing Goddess was created solely for the purpose of competing with Primal Queen. It’s very strange, but alas, the ingredients are:
- Bovine ovary powder
- Bovine uterus powder
- Bovine fallopian tubes
- Bovine bone marrow powder
- Bovine liver powder
- Bovine pancreas powder
- Bovine heart powder
- Bovine thymus powder
- Bovine kidney powder
- Bovine spleen powder
I snapped a pic of the supplement facts for you to view yourself:

In case you are wondering, there are four additional ingredients in Glowing Goddess that are not included in Primal Queen’s formulation. This can be interpreted as either a pro or a con, in my opinion. Personally, I usually prefer products that have the least amount of ingredients possible; however, I do understand that there may be additional benefits with the products that contain additional ingredients. From my understanding, beef organs are generally well-tolerated and don’t pose a lot of risk for side effects, so this may very well be a non-issue.
One thing that I really like about Glowing Goddess is that they offer a 100% money-back guarantee on their products. If you are not happy with the product(s) within 100 days, you can email them and get a full refund. A money-back guarantee like this helps people who are on the fence about trying a product like this feel a little more comfortable and confident in their decision. Glowing Goddess offers free shipping on all orders. Cost-wise, it’s $39.99 for a one-time purchase of Goddess Capsules in a one-month supply, or you can choose to subscribe and save 25%, making the monthly cost $29.99 per month.
My Experience With Glowing Goddess
Now that we covered the basics of Glowing Goddess, here’s what my experience was like ordering a one-month supply of the Goddess Capsules. I placed my order on a Monday and had my capsules delivered to my door by Thursday, which I thought was a pretty quick turnaround. The capsules came in a small, simple, sealed pouch.

The directions on the back of the pouch suggested taking one capsule with each meal, two times per day, which is why the pouch contains a total of 60 capsules. I sometimes struggle with supplements that I need to remember to take multiple times per day, but if it’s something that’s helpful, it’s easier to remember to take. I have definitely forgotten to take them a time or two over the last few weeks I’ve had them.
The capsules themselves don’t smell bad; they have almost an earthy smell to them, and that’s the same taste you get when you swallow them - it’s not bad at all. They are also really small, so it makes it really easy to swallow them, which is always a plus.
It’s very hard to report back on “results” with a product like this, as they’re often subtle and can take time to appear; however, over the course of the last month that I’ve been taking Glowing Goddess, I have definitely noticed an increase in energy. That has been the biggest difference I have felt thus far. I also noticed that my normal monthly cycle cramps weren’t as bad (not sure if that’s connected or not, but I’ll take it). As a woman entering perimenopause, I will take all of the hormone and cycle support I can get.
Overall Thoughts and Opinions
As a whole, I think Glowing Goddess Beef Organ Capsules are a good product. The fact that they’re third-party tested is awesome because it’s basically a stamp of legitimacy and safety, and that’s important to me when taking supplements. The price is good, and the money-back guarantee makes it feel like a safe bet to try. The only reg flags (if you will) that I noted were their direct competition with Primal Queen, which feels a little weird to me - why not just stand behind your product by continuing to mention a competitor? Obviously, it’s a marketing thing, but I wasn’t a huge fan of that.
Otherwise, if you’re looking to try a beef organ supplement, I think Glowing Goddess provides a solid option.
