Two brands, grüns and create, offer a greens supplement in gummy form, making it tasty and convenient for us consumers.
There are many similarities and differences between the two that I will cover in this article. The biggest difference being create has creatine in their greens gummies, where grüns does not.
I took both for a month each. I chose Create Daily Performance gummies to improve my performance in the gym. And I chose grüns to see what all the hype was about, as many influencers on TikTok and Instagram were promoting them.
Overall, both create and grüns are excellent options for those looking for a greens, mushrooms and vitamins gummy.
However, if you’re wanting creatine with it, you might want to stick around and find out if it made a difference for me. And, if you want the best tasting greens gummy, I’ll reveal what I believe to be a landslide victory.
Key Decision Making Factors
Does taste matter the most to you?
If taste matters the most for you, then it’s not even close - grüns taste much better than create Daily Performance gummies. Grüns have a fruity taste, without a hint of greens, and the texture is nearly identical to a gummy bear. Create’s gummies are sweet, but with a hint of greens and a tad bit grainy, most likely stemming from the creatine.
What To Know About Create Daily Performance Gummies
Create Daily Performance Gummies are an all-in-one wellness supplement, with creatine. The focus of the formula is greens, mushrooms, core vitamins and of course, creatine.
There are many benefits to creatine for men and women, most notably building muscle, helping with sleep and improving daily performance.
It’s what the brand, Create, does. They make creatine gummies. And their Daily Performance Gummy stands apart from their competition because there is creatine in it.

Inside one serving, which is 4 gummies, is:
Create is sugar-free and contains monk fruit and inulin blend to make them taste sweet.
Here is a pricing breakdown:

Subscription purchase price | $65 per month |
Next, I’ll talk about my experience taking Create Daily Performance for an entire month.
My Experience
I’ll briefly discuss my experience with Create Daily Performance Gummies. If you want the full version, check out my review.
I took this supplement for 30 days, or 1 month and decided to take it because I don’t do a great job of eating vegetables and I love taking creatine to improve my performance in the gym.
When I first got the package, it arrived in a big Create bag. I didn’t know there were individual packets inside until I ripped it open. I thought that was a nice touch because each serving is in its own packet, which makes it convenient to take it on the go, or if you just need a serving.
How About the Taste?
I’ve been a greens supplement user since 2021 and I can tell you first hand that many of them don’t taste good. They’re mainly an earthy, bitter taste.
Create’s Daily Performance Gummies have some sweetness to it. They aren’t amazing, like a real gummy treat would be, but they are tolerable if you want the benefits. The best way I can describe the taste is some sweetness with a hint of earthy.
What About the Benefits?
I 100% felt more energized and felt the effects of the creatine. My bench, squat and other heavy lifts improved over a month - that’s a major success for me. But, I have to credit a lot of this to doing the strength training workouts in the FHM+ App.
I felt more focused during my busy work days and had sustained energy for all my youth coaching duties for my kids.
Overall, I enjoyed this product very much.

What To Know About Grüns Greens Gummies
Grüns was created by Chad Janis, a dad who wanted to help his family fill nutritional gaps. He created grüns for adults and grüns for kids. For the purpose of this comparison, we’re focusing on grüns for adults.
Grüns come in individualized “snack packs” filled with one serving, which is equivalent to 8 gummies. I’ll talk about how they taste in a bit.

The formula is pretty similar to AG1, which is a greens powder supplement. You can check out my grüns vs AG1 comparison to see them head-to-head.
Here’s what we’re looking at:
There are two options to choose from:
The low-sugar option has 8 grams of sugar per serving, while the sugar-free option has 0.5 grams of sugar per serving. The sugar-free option also costs more money.
Here is a pricing breakdown:
Low Sugar Plan | Price |
---|---|
One-time purchase | $63.99 |
Subscription purchase price | $47.99 |
Sugar Free Plan | Price |
---|---|
One-time purchase | $70.39 |
Subscription purchase price | $52.79 |
My Experience
Ordering grüns on their official website was a breeze, and it’s very user friendly. Our purchase consisted of grüns for adults and kids.
Shipping was fast, as our package arrived at our doorstep in 3 days.
The box is well-designed, with grüns branding all over it.
Inside the box were our adult greens gummies and our kids greens gummies. It’s a larger bag, and inside the large bag are individual “snack packs,” which are already counted out for one serving size.
I really like this idea, as it makes it super convenient to take it on the go or just open up a snack pack and start eating the gummies.

How Do They Taste?

The first time I ate one of the gummies, my initial thought was, “wow, these are really good.”
They taste sweet, with a fruity flavor, and they totally masked the whole-food vegetable (greens) taste. I’m not sure how they did that, but it is truly amazing.
The gummies are shaped like gummy bears. There’s a tad bit of stickiness to them, but overall the texture is outstanding.
Eating a whole serving size was truly like eating a snack. I could now see why so many influencers have been promoting them. The hype is real.
Do they work?
The one thing that I will admit to is that I did feel more energized throughout the last 2 weeks of taking grüns. However, I can’t be sure if it’s from grüns, as I strength train, eat high protein meals and practice mental toughness on a daily basis.
I do feel like I’m getting extra vegetables and vitamins when I eat grüns gummies. And I can sometimes feel the effects of the functional mushrooms, such as improvements in mental clarity, focus and mood.

Comparison Section: grüns vs create Daily Performance
Let’s take a hard look at the main differences and why you might want to choose one over the other.

Taste: Who Wins and Why?
To me, grüns taste better than Create Daily Performance gummies.
Here’s why:
When I ate a grüns gummy, I noticed right away how sweet they were, without a hint of greens. It was like eating a real gummy snack. They sometimes can stick together in the snack pack, but can easily be pulled apart.
Create Daily Performance gummies, on the other hand, do stick together in their 4-pack, and they are difficult to pull apart without distorting them. That said, Create’s gummies taste sweet, too. However, there is a hint of greens and a grainy texture due to the creatine.

Added Creatine? or Greens Without Creatine?
The questions I have been asking myself, is this:
Do I want to take an all-in-one supplement that also contains creatine (Create)? Or, take grüns for the greens, vitamins, mushrooms, etc. and then take my normal creatine supplement separately?
I’ll say this, it’s very convenient not having to take creatine separately when I’m taking Create.
If you don’t care about creatine, you’ll want to go with grüns.
Comparing Pricing
Here’s a breakdown of their pricing in a visual table:
Brand | Try once | Subscription |
---|---|---|
grüns | $63.99 | $47.99/mo |
create | $85 | $65/mo |
And, let's break it down by price per serving...
Brand | Try once per serving | Subscription per serving |
---|---|---|
grüns | $63.99 / 28 servings = $2.28 per serving | $47.99 / 28 servings = $1.71 per serving |
create | $85 / 30 servings = $2.80 per serving | $65 / 30 servings = $2.16 per serving |
Obviously there’s an extra ingredient in Create (creatine), which could explain the fairly large price difference.
Let’s think about this logically, if you were to buy your own creatine supplement.
Obviously it depends on the creatine supplement that you’re purchasing, but a good one will cost at least $20 per month.
The difference in subscription prices between both grüns and create is $17.01. So, technically you could be saving with create if you wanted to ditch your separate creatine supplement.
If you don’t want creatine in your greens gummy, grüns are $17 cheaper per month.
Which Is Better: grüns or create?
Grüns is better than create if you care more about taste, texture and you don’t want creatine in your greens supplement. Create Daily Performance, on the other hand, is better than grüns if you want the creatine for boosted performance in the gym, while also enjoying the same benefits of greens, functional mushrooms, vitamins and minerals.

Final Thoughts
Whether you’re looking to up your fitness game or just want to be more healthy, grüns or Create Daily Performance can help.
Which one you choose depends entirely on your preferences and personal lifestyle.
If you’ve taken either of these products, let me know in the comments, I’d love to hear how it went.
