I’ve been taking daily supplements for a while now—mainly AG1, which I liked for the most part. It wasn’t the best tasting thing in the world, but it checked a lot of boxes for me. So when IM8 reached out and offered to send me their Daily Ultimate Essentials in exchange for an honest review, I figured I’d give it a shot. Worst case, I’d just go back to AG1.
But I stuck with it for a full 8 weeks, and I’ve got some thoughts.
First Impressions
When I first checked out IM8’s website, I was a little overwhelmed by how much they pack into this formula.
Turns out, David Beckham is actually a co-founding partner—which caught my attention. If he’s backing it, I figured there had to be something solid behind it..
They claim to replace 16 supplements with one scoop. I’m talking vitamins, minerals, superfoods, prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics (it's very similar to gruns and AG1, if you've ever heard of those products), adaptogens, CoQ10, MSM for joints—the list goes on.
Honestly, I was skeptical. That’s a lot of hype. But since I had already been using an all-in-one powder like AG1, I figured if IM8 could match the performance and taste better, it’d be a win-win.
The packaging is legit - check out this video I made when I got it about 2 months ago:
Taste and Daily Routine
Let’s talk taste. IM8 comes in an Açaí and Mixed Berries flavor. I’ll say this—it’s better than AG1. It’s got a sweet, berry-like flavor. Still tastes like a supplement, so don’t expect it to taste like juice or anything, but it’s very doable.

I’m the kind of guy who stirs it up fast with water and chugs it. No sipping. Just get it down and move on with the day. My wife Tami did try it in a smoothie, and she said it was a little better that way, but personally, I’m not looking to clean a blender every morning.

As far as consistency, I was fairly good about taking it. There were a few days I missed—life happens, especially when mornings start with cooking eggs, sausage, and waffles for the kids and rushing to get them out the door. On those days I’d sometimes remember to take it at lunch. So yeah, not perfect, but good enough to get a feel for it over 8 weeks.
Energy, Focus, and Digestion
One of the first things I noticed after the first couple of weeks was the way my energy leveled out. I didn’t feel that afternoon crash as much. I wasn’t suddenly bouncing off the walls, but there was a steady energy that helped me push through longer work blocks without needing an extra coffee.
I also felt more focused. I’m on the computer a lot, and I had more “locked in” days than usual. There was one stretch where I worked for almost 90 minutes without checking my phone—that never happens. That’s when I realized this stuff might be doing its thing.
Digestion was another area where I noticed a change. I felt less bloated, especially after lunch. Normally I get that heavy, slow feeling after eating, but IM8 seemed to help keep things lighter. And everything just felt more regular—no stomach discomfort or anything like that, which I’ve had with some other greens powders in the past.
Performance and Recovery
I lift a few times a week, so I’m always curious how a supplement affects performance and recovery. IM8 didn’t make me stronger overnight or anything like that, but I did notice I felt better the next day after workouts. Less soreness, a little more bounce in my step when I hit the gym again. It’s subtle, but over time you realize you’re recovering better and not dragging as much between sessions.
Skin, Hair, Nails
This isn’t something I really track closely, and I didn’t notice a huge difference. No one commented that I looked extra glowy or anything like that. If it’s working in the background on skin or hair, that’s great—I just didn’t really notice it.

Would I Keep Taking It?
Honestly? I’m torn. If I could stay consistent and make it a non-negotiable part of my morning routine, I’d probably keep going with it. It’s better than AG1 in my experience, and I did feel some noticeable benefits.
But I also have a rotation of other supplements I try depending on what I’m testing or reviewing, so I may come back to IM8 again down the road.

Final Thoughts
If you’re someone who’s already spending money on a few different pills and powders every day, IM8 is worth checking out. It rolls everything into one, and it’s designed to actually absorb into your body—not just pass through.
I’m glad I tried it. It’s one of the better all-in-one supplements I’ve used, and while it’s not life-changing overnight, it delivers steady benefits that you notice over time. You just have to show up and drink it.
If you’re looking for a smarter, better-tasting way to hit your nutrition goals every day, IM8 might be the answer.
