As a personal trainer, I’ve tried a few creatine supplements, but this time I wanted to give Peach Perfect creatine gummies a shot – here’s my feedback.

Let’s just get this out there: Creatine on its own will not cause you to grow a bigger booty. There, I said it. Now, let’s move on to talking about Peach Perfect’s Creatine and how it might benefit your wellness routine.

There’s been a major movement over the last couple of years of brands like Peach Perfect creating supplements that cater specifically to women, which is great, I don’t mind that at all. However, some of the marketing can be a bit confusing and misleading. Case in point, there are several brands that are making creatine supplements “for women.” Peach Perfect is one of them.

Now, before you stop reading and think this is going to be an anti-Peach Perfect post, it’s not at all, but I do want to be transparent and call out a trend that can be misleading for women. That doesn’t mean I don’t think Peach Perfect offers a great creatine product, so I’ll get into that, too!

Let’s talk about Peach Perfect Creatine, who it’s for, how it works, and whether or not you should give it a try.

Peach Perfect Creatine: A Booty Builder?

Peach Perfect’s offer states, “grow glutes and tone muscles with a delicious drink!” Let’s dissect this. First, creatine is one of the safest, most effective, and most clinically tested fitness supplements out there. There is overwhelming evidence that creatine is beneficial for those looking to build muscle. However, creatine on its own won’t build muscle, it needs to be taken in conjunction with a strategic strength training program and proper nutrition.

Also, creatine isn’t gender-specific; it’s for everyone. That being said, I fully understand why companies like Peach Perfect are marketing specifically to women. For years, creatine was seen as a “gym bros” supplement. It was for those who wanted to get big, huge, bulky muscles, not for those of us who simply want to look lean and toned. The marketing approach that Peach Perfect and other creatine brands like Primal Queen are taking is to help more women jump on board without fear of blowing up like the Hulk. I get it, and it works, so I can’t fault them for marketing this way.

Do I think calling a creatine product a booty builder without extra context is a bit misleading? Yes, but that’s why I am here to clear things up while also analyzing the product so you can grab some if it suits your needs. Peach Perfect does have a disclaimer on their packaging that states: “When combined with targeted exercise, this formula will support muscle performance and tone.”

Analyzing Peach Perfect Creatine

Peach Perfect offers two types of creatine: they have their Booty Builder Creatine powder, and they have their creatine gummies. Both options have 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, which is the optimal daily dosage.

If you choose the Booty Builder powdered formula, you’re also getting 1g of collagen per serving and 1g of BCAAs per serving to help support recovery and hair, skin, and nail support. The creatine gummies don’t contain the extra BCAAs and collagen, they only have creatine monohydrate in them.

Both the powdered creatine and the gummies from Peach Perfect have 50 calories per serving and 6g of added sugar to make them taste good. The powdered version comes in several flavor options: pink lemonade, peach, strawberry acai, and unflavored. The gummies come in tropical punch flavor. Gummies seem to be all the rage these days, with brands like Create, Primal Queen, and Bear Balanced all offering great options.

Personally, I will almost always choose gummies over powdered or capsule supplements as I love being able to chew up some gummies throughout my day - it feels like a treat!

Both of Peach Perfect’s creatine options are great. They have the optimal dose of creatine per serving, and they come in fun flavors to make them fun and easy to take. I like the gummies best. There are 5 gummies per serving, and they have a great taste and pretty good texture. All creatine gummies have a bit of grainy texture to them, I don’t think it can be avoided.

Some other highlights of Peach Perfect are that they don’t use any artificial flavors or colors, no artificial sweeteners, and they’re made in the USA. The only thing that is a bit of a con in my book is the fact that they don’t do 3d party testing. This level of testing is not required, however, supplement companies that go the extra mile to do it are usually a cut above the rest. Create Creatine is a company that does 3rd party testing, if that’s something that’s important to you.

Do I Recommend Peach Perfect Creatine? Is It Good?

Yes, I think Peach Perfect makes a solid creatine supplement that’s clearly geared toward women (although men could take this, too!). I think the fun flavors and the option to choose the gummies make it a really approachable product for women.

The biggest concern when finding a good creatine supplement is finding one that has the recommended amount of daily protein per serving (5g), and that’s what Peach Perfect has.

I know a lot of women worry about bloating and water weight when taking creatine - it can definitely happen, but it’s usually temporary. If starting a creatine regimen to help improve the look and feel of your muscles is something you want to begin, make sure you’re strength training at least 3 times per week and that you’re drinking plenty of water. Any water weight fluctuations will eventually even out, and you’ll start to notice some of the benefits pretty quickly.

The first thing you will probably notice is more energy in your workouts, and your muscles will start to look and feel more defined with consistency, with both taking creatine and strength training. Overall, I like the product and would recommend it to women who want a yummy, fun, and female-friendly creatine supplement. I also recommend joining my app for strategic strength training workouts while you’re at it!
