Initial Thoughts and Feedback

First, I have to say that my experience with ordering from Primal Queen thus far has been excellent. I first ordered their beef organ supplement and it came quickly and efficiently with plenty of emails and tracking updates along the way. And my experience with ordering the Goddess Bites was the same. 

I received my Goddess Bites and started taking a look at the packaging. It’s bright, fun, and clearly designed to be appealing for women. The creatine bites are watermelon flavored, I didn’t see any other flavor options at the moment. Luckily, I like watermelon. 

The package and website claim things like: “gorgeous glutes,” “toned body,” “goddess strength,” and “all day endurance.” I think these claims can be a tad misleading, as creatine on its own isn’t going to produce these results. Creatine in conjunction with proper nutrition and strength training will. I’d like to see a disclaimer there so women understand that this isn’t a magic supplement; they’ll still need to put in the effort and work.

Reading the nutrition label, I noticed that the serving size is 5 gummies, which I kind of love because I am definitely a gummy girl - anytime I can snack on some gummies with benefits, I’m down. Each 5 gummy serving of Goddess Bites includes 5g of creatine, which is the daily recommended dose. They use Creapure creatine monohydrate, which is the gold standard. 

Creatine is the only ingredient in the gummies, which is great. Personally, I don’t like it when supplement companies add a bunch of other ingredients and junk to supplements like creatine that should just be taken on their own. There are 3g of added sugar in the Goddess Bites to help make them taste good. Each serving has 45 calories, which isn’t bad at all considering there are 5 gummies per serving. 

Finally, I noticed that Goddess Bites have been 3rd party tested, which is an incredibly encouraging sign of a legitimate product and company. The FDA does not require supplement companies to have their products 3rd party tested for ingredient integrity and safety, so when a company goes the extra mile (and spends the extra money), it’s a solid sign of a great product.

Taste, Texture, & Do They Work? 

Not all gummy supplements are equal - some taste great and others severely miss the mark. When it comes to Primal Queen’s Goddess Bites, I’m pretty happy with the taste and texture. I’ve tried several other creatine gummies, and it’s not easy to get creatine to taste good in a gummy form. There seems to always be a slight chalkiness to it. 

Goddess Bites have a great texture, they’re chewy but not too chewy. Taste-wise, I definitely detect watermelon, but it’s not overpowering at all. It's a very subtle sweet flavor. I’m not going to say it’s the best-tasting gummy in the world (because it’s not), but as far as creatine gummies go, it’s probably the best-tasting one I’ve had yet. 

Now, let’s address the “do they work???” question: I wish I could tell you that I took these gummies and got the juicy booty, toned arms, and flat tummy that Primal Queen advertises on their website, but that’s not the truth. I take these gummies in conjunction with my already healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle.

I lift weights 4-5x per week with the FHM+ App, eat a diet high in protein (using the recipes from the FHM+ App), and take a balanced approach to nutrition. Goddess Creatine Bites, in conjunction with these other very important lifestyle factors, can absolutely deliver the results promised on the packaging, but they won’t get you there on their own. 

That being said, I highly recommend that all women lift weights and add creatine to their routine for the incredible muscle and cognitive benefits.

Overall, I am a big fan of Primal Queen’s Goddess Bites - they taste great, have the correct type and amount of creatine per serving, and are really fun and convenient to take. I’m not a big fan of all the marketing claims and tactics, but that’s the marketing game for ya.
