Someone from the Primal Queen team had reached out to me multiple times asking if I wanted to try their products, but I get so many emails every day that I honestly didn’t even open or read the first few. I guess the name of the product, “Primal Queen,” didn’t catch my attention (although, now, I kind of like it). Thankfully, I finally opened one and read what they had to say.
Being in the health and wellness space, I have heard about beef organs and their potential benefits, and as someone who values whole, natural foods and supplements, my interest was piqued. I happily accepted the gift of a one-month supply of Primal Queen beef organ supplements and was eager to give them a try.
Here’s my experience! There are mixed reviews of Primal Queen out there (as is the case with every single supplement on the market), but this is my honest opinion and experience. I hope it’s helpful!
Unboxing Primal Queen

After speaking with the Primal Queen team and doing a bit of research, I was really eager for my Primal Queen box to arrive so I could get to testing it out! As soon as my order was placed, I received prompt tracking information and was really excited when my order was delivered just a few days later.
I opened up my Primal Queen box and inside was a recyclable packet containing the capsules, a cute, reusable glass jar for pouring the capsules into, a branded bracelet, and a mini capsule-holder keyring (which I thought was a really cute idea as a way to allow women to take their capsules on the go with them).
I tore into the packet of capsules and was immediately hit with a strong, minty scent, which wasn’t unpleasant in the least. In fact, I was a tad bit worried that these capsules would smell terrible since they're made from beef organs. I assume that the mint scent is used to cover up any unpleasant smells that might be associated with the beef organs.
I poured my capsules into the cute container and took my first capsule with my lunch. The minty scent is nice, but the flavor definitely lingers a bit. Obviously, I wasn’t expecting any dramatic results with just one capsule, but I was eager to get started nonetheless.

Initial “Results” & Feedback
Let me preface this by saying that I am super sensitive to supplements. I don’t take very many because most of them do more harm than good. However, the ingredients in Primal Queen led me to believe that my body would respond well. The only ingredients in Primal Queen are:
- Bovine uterus powder
- Bovine overy powder
- Bovine liver powder
- Bovine kidney powder
- Bovine heart powder

Within these, there are 13 vitamins, 9 essential minerals, and omega 3 fatty acids. Given this, I decided to pause taking my multivitamin as I didn’t want to risk over supplementation.
Per Primal Queen’s website, the cattle used are all from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle in Argentina. The cattle are raised without antibiotics or GMO feed, which means the products are theoretically super clean.
I also read into Primal Queen’s processing process, and they state that once the ingredients are sourced, they undergo a careful freeze-drying process so that they are able to maintain maximum nutrients. Obviously, the best way to ingest beef organs is to do so directly, but that doesn’t sound very appetizing to me.
I started taking Primal Queen consistently, 2x per day, for about a week before I started to notice some changes. The first thing I noticed was that I felt a little boost in energy and my mood. I started feeling “good” more, which was nice. I hadn’t really noticed how run down I was feeling.

The only negative thing I noticed was that my bowel movements were a bit off in the beginning. I would go from being slightly constipated to having loose stools a couple of times per week. Primal Queen’s website mentioned that our digestive system might just be working out old “backed-up” waste.
Will I Keep Taking Primal Queen?
The jury is still out on it for me. I like the idea of this supplement, but there are a few things that might hold me back from taking it for an extended period of time. First, I don’t see anywhere that this product is 3rd party tested, which is usually a red flag for me in the supplement space (although it’s not always a flat-out no). Second, I don’t have a good track record with supplements, I get a little apprehensive about taking supplements long-term.
One thing that I like and respect about Primal Queen is that they offer a money-back guarantee on their products. If, for some reason, the product doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 365 days of purchase for a 100% refund. There’s a lot of peace of mind that comes with knowing you aren’t out anything if a product doesn’t work for you.
Overall, I really like the premise of Primal Queen as I know beef organs are loaded with nutrients, and from the outside, it appears this product is very legit. There are far more positive reviews of Primal Queen than negative reviews, but I still recommend doing your research before trying this product (or any, really).
Final Thoughts
I think Primal Queen is a cool product idea that’s rooted in science and a natural approach to wellness. If the ingredients in Primal Queen are as the packaging states, there are a lot of nutrients to be had within the capsules, which could definitely boost your overall health.
Primal Queen did give me a special link to share that will give you 25% off your order if you choose to try this product out. And if you do, be sure to come back and let me know what your experience is! I love hearing your feedback on products.
